Trust.com.pk ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

1. Data We Collect: Account data (name, email, phone if provided), profile data, business listings you submit, reviews/ratings/photos you post, messages/reports you send us, and technical data (IP address, device, browser, cookies, usage logs). IP and logs for reviews are retained for moderation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

2. How We Use It: To operate the Platform, display your listings/reviews, moderate content, prevent fake reviews and abuse, respond to complaints/takedowns, improve our service, and communicate with you.

3. What Is Public: Business listings, reviews, ratings, your public username/profile name, and business responses are visible to the public by design. Do not post private or sensitive information in a review.

4. Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We may share data: (a) with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, email), (b) when required by law, court order, or a competent authority such as PTA / FIA, (c) to investigate fraud, abuse, or a legal complaint about content you posted.

5. Cookies: We use cookies for login, security, analytics, and preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

6. Data Retention & Security: We retain account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, moderation, and dispute purposes. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or deletion of your account, by emailing trust.com.pk@gmail.com. We may retain certain records where required by law or to defend legal claims. Reviews you posted may be anonymised instead of fully deleted after account deletion, unless a court orders otherwise.

8. Children: The Platform is not for persons under 18.
