Report Content, Takedown & Grievance Policy

If you are a business owner, customer, or rights holder and you believe a listing, review, or other content on Trust.com.pk is fake, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful, you can ask us to review it.

How to report:

1. Use the "Report" button on that review/listing, or

2. Email trust.com.pk@gmail.com with subject: "Content Complaint — [Business Name]"

Your complaint must include:

  • Your full legal name, CNIC/organisation (if applicable), phone and email
  • Proof you own/represent the business or are the person affected (if applicable)
  • Exact URL(s) of the content
  • Exact words/statement you are complaining about (copy-paste it)
  • Why it is false / defamatory / infringing — with specific facts
  • Supporting evidence (invoice, booking record, court order, trademark/copyright proof, etc.)
  • A statement that the information in your complaint is true and accurate

Incomplete, anonymous, or bulk complaints without evidence may be closed without action.

What we do:

  • We acknowledge valid complaints within 2 business days where possible
  • We review the content against our Terms and Review Guidelines
  • We may: keep it, hide it pending review, edit/remove the violating part, remove it entirely, or ask the reviewer for their side / evidence
  • Target review time: 3–7 business days for ordinary complaints; faster for court orders, PTA/FIA directions, or content involving personal data / threats
  • We will comply with orders of competent courts and authorities in Pakistan
  • The business's right to post a public response remains available at all times

Important:

  • A 1-star / negative opinion alone is not automatically defamatory or removable. We remove content that is proven fake, has no genuine experience, is abusive, contains personal data, or violates our policies/law.
  • Filing a knowingly false takedown complaint may itself be actionable and may lead to account action.
  • Filing a complaint with us does not stop you from pursuing your legal remedies in court, and our decision does not determine the truth of a dispute — only whether the content stays on this Platform under our policies.

Repeat infringers: Users who repeatedly post violating content will be warned, suspended, or permanently banned.
